1. Section 1: What we collect

   When you use the Summon form: your name, your email, what you would like taken off your plate, and, if you give them, your business name, your website and whether you run an agency. Nothing else is asked for.

2. Section 2: What we use it for

   To reply to you and to work out how we can help. We do not sell your details or pass them to other businesses.

3. Section 3: Who handles it

   The tools that carry your message to us, our email and the form service, handle it on our behalf. They do not use it for anything of their own. The site’s fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.

4. Section 4: How long we keep it

   While we are talking to you. If we do not end up working together, we delete your details when you ask.

5. Section 5: Your say

   Write to summon@talasam.ai to see, correct or delete what we hold. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will put it right. You also have the right to take it to the UK data regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk.
